1. Try to launch the app and receive an error message. (You may or may not have to keep the error open)
2. Click System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General
3. Click the "padlock" and ensure it is in the unlocked position
4. At the bottom of the tab, to the right of an error message, there's a button that says "Open Anyway". Click it.
5. Try to open the game again and there should be an additional button along with the error message that says "Open". Click it and the game should launch.

Before asking or reporting bugs, I strongly recommend that you check the first page for corrections first. And if in the main menu of the game, under the name of the game is the same patch number that you downloaded and installed, and still the problem remains, then you can report the problem.
This problem has been fixed long ago, download and install patch 4. Due to changes in the code of the location interface, the code with the city icon was missing.

Yes, the update was released today for Big LvL and Mega LvL levels, tomorrow LVL 4. And the public release will be September 28.
