Dunno. Played (maybe) the original a few years back. Twelve-a-dozen "boy corrupts his family" in sandbox mode bullshit. People seem to be obsessed by it.

It was a good game in like 2017 and kinda became the standard for a lot of porn VNs, but why anyone still cares about it now when there are literally hundreds of games that are better, I have no idea.
There are other versions out there, this 1 had been specifically update with only NTR contents.

There are even some comics done by SandLust that use the images to tell a different story. Max's family are witches and need his cum to get their power. It's not that bad.
For me the appeal has always been the women models. They are amazingly hot without being bloated watermelon tits like so many other games have. That and it was supposed to be incest focused, not distracted with 30 other random ass characters. Too bad it ended up kind of shit.
