Eric will eventually smash Lisa. He takes over giving Lisa "lessons" which opens up for more ntr. I remember others asking about Lisa NTR a while back and the dev said it was coming but not soon. I remember this back in 1.3.

Yeah that already happened at that point. I found out about the detailed walkthrough which helped with my issue. The problem was that I was supposed to train massages on Alice some more, which wasn't clear at all.
