Really? Try this.
For possible regrets. Mom must not be in awesome mod. Try to seduce her at night in her bedroom when she's neutral or not bad.
Edit : Fix in the OP. Increase Kira hidden scene chance slightly.

I cleared 40/40 stages, but still missing "anal at last" event.
I tried every single option after bathroom anal event with alice, then 1am, 1 am of next day, 1 am of the 2nd day, enter room and watch tv, S/L and skip week endless time, just never got the choice "risk it".
some people said it's 50/50. I say that's bs, there is on way some one lost 100 coin toss in a roll.
there must be a trigger for that event, there is not way could be that hidden.
PS:I checked lust and happiness every time.

You are right. You need to have anal with Alice first. Then seduce mom in the afternoon the next day.
During weekdays, you can talk to Alice after breakfast. Use 'why are you gloomy' option. If there is no such option, try to skip a few days.

No, you complete the story. Nice.. Mom story is from stage 1 to 25 and the rest are for Alice story.
You can download the new update if you want. There are some new hidden scene that you can trigger only after you complete all the stages. Good luck finding them

So you are using diamond mod together with this mod.
Yes, the 2 options i use in there will eliminate the original dialogue. It was intentional. In seduction story, Max is forbidden from entering Ann room until he improve his relationship with her. I'm not sure how a dialogue from a mod can effect that. I'll try to test it out later.
Edit : Now I understand what you mean by it. It happens when someone uses the same dialogue and put it above seduction. This new dialogue will push down the original dialogues.

Do you knock her bedroom door at night 1am or 2am when Kate is not around? How about her mood? Make sure is in awesome mood.
