It was not first blocked page and not last. There're many "incest" projects that have been blocked, but now they are functioning again in full without any changes.

Like others have mentioned, I think the best solution is to go for the landlor/tenants story (if possible) and offer an incest patch that fixes the relationships.
I hope this will be possible to do, because I’d really like to see more content for BB.

I think that many people do not know that the licensed version of the game requires an internet connection. For what? To synchronize dat-files, which include the whole text (dialogs, menus, etc.). So, a very simple way out of this situation with patreon rules is simply to release a "censored" version, but after the first synchronization with the server all the text will be "normal".

Yep, conspiracy. Patreon started witch-hunt bc of a new investor. And paypal don't give a shit about nsfw patreon pages. Their biggest problem with nsfw content (everywhere) - hight percentage of declined transactions. There were many cases, stolen credit cards, for example, that were used to buy multiple premium accounts on porn sites. And they didn't like the patreon idea of hundreds of thousands people spending 1 dollar every month. But after patreon explained that paypal will not be used for cases with declined payments, they happily agreed to work with them.

Exept ofc that this idea requires a complete rewrite of the scipt for the "cencored" version. That is anything but simple in my book. It would be a good thing if it was done by a person who majored in English but it would still mean a shitload of work. And if you wanted the new scipt to be easely transformed to uncencored this has to be planned in the rewrite. Adding to the workload.
