Maybe it gets continued by time. Thats why I am Patron of the Dev. They have written this:

Yeah, that was over five months ago.
Not a peep, and @DarkSilver knows this site exists, and did plenty of posting in this thread in the past when BB was still a money earner via Patreon.
Combine that with his own confession of not liking incest content, and that the Glamour remake had already begun pre-production before BB went on hold/abandoned, and I'd say that Dark Silver has no desire to go back to Big Brother.

Which means: If they earn enough money with their new game, there is a chance that they can continue on BigBrother.

Big Brother was the cash cow, Glamour was the desired project... With design decisions that make EA and Activision look almost reasonable.

Ok, the new game is crap.. I deleted it after 20 minutes of playing. BUT still. I am in good hope for a finished and polished BigBrother in 2022

Always on-line DRM is a big, big no-no for me. Particularly when it's to an amateur's server.

And this just because there is no other game I know on the market, that can keep up with BB. This market is SMALL espacially if you dont like Anime/Manga/Hentai stuff or Atomic Boobs

There's a couple of "remakes" on here, and other games that are, objectively, far better. Especially considering they don't all do like Big Brother, and have the player character automatically be a self serving scumbag.

Big Brother has two things going in its favour, and that's it.
1: The renders.
2: The taboo.

There are more than enough alternatives that have the same quality of renders, and better.

Well, yes. Always On is quite a thing. But I was talking about the Game itself..
I mean even a female Maincharacter is a "No Way" for me.
But I sayed.. ok.. they impressed you with big brother so.. give it a chance. And denn it comes.. Books over Books of pointless shit chat talks. I felt asleep at my Computer in a few minutes (no joke) because there is so much ... I mean I played Baldurs Gate and NeverWinter Nights.. both of them together dont have that much Text.
This is clearly a visual Novel.
While I saw BigBrother more then a mixup between an Adventure (Laisure Suite Larry f.E.) and a Text-Adventure. Has plenty of text but the writing is Okay and is important and fun to read.

• Anime/Hentai/Manga/Furry and all other Japan Styled things - No Way
• Must be a game. (Like a Text-Adventure for example. Most games are just interactive Pornos)
• All Women are looking slutty by default - No Way
• All Women have Atomic Breasts - No Way
  
• The Quality of the game is so crappy that it looks like it is made by an horny teenager after school.
• Maincharacter is Female - mhhhhh... if the game is good it CAN be an option. But I even havent played Tomb Raider because of Female HC .. and as far as I heared.. Tomb Raider have made a hugh success^^

I really would love if you can show me some titles. Or remakes or whatever you have to come up with.
Everything I found was, as I sayed, just hentai stuff or so low quality that I cant play it. Becuase "Playing" is the main goal of a game, not just watching a Key-Controlled Porn.

Dark Silver sad he abandon the game because the new patreon rules - but that is bullshit - every other developer has renamed the family in step family and good is - so he could be a man and say the truth, or be a wimp and lie. Perhaps he is at the end with his mood, or skills. Perhaps its boring. In any case, its not petron - its DarkSilver or his team which don´t want to develop this game anymore and that´s because you he is now on a new project.

He collect first the money with the game and now he spit on all people which support him.

Its a bit like the other game - this farm game - the best supported sex game on patreon. Now the (i think it was the graphic designer) is creating a new game - and all supporter from the others have a abandoned game.

When i support an artist, with finished products its one thing - like an musicer or painter.
But this is paltry

I do not know English, I use Google Translate for this. But I can not use the text for translation from mods, in many scenes text was changed by me. Therefore, I can not translate the game from my language to yours. But I heard that there is someone decided to try.
Me can be contacted through a Discord. My computer is not powerful, skill zero in Daz3D, but I'll try to continue the game in my own way, although I'm not sure that many will like it.

Good game but sooo grindy and interaction with most chars are boring after you corrupter 2 or three chars your loosing interest to "open up" the rest as you need to do nearly the same actions for all girls. The graphics are on a completely other level. Halve the pics are very grainy or dark and the "details" are simply bad. Also the main char is ugly as fuck .. even if that is matching the story.

Also a good game but also rather limit in the interactions. Till now only a couple of repeatable action scenes .. which ones do you mean or do you mean the none sex scenes? ..also Mums model is over characterised and looks .. not so good. With more content this one could be a really good alternative, especially you little sister feels weak on content in the moment.

I tried out all of these games and another 200 from a big 100GB collection I found around the web.
I have learned a lot of things in this.. process.

1. Most of the people that make adult games, have no ambiotions and just try to press pornpics into a game with any force. They dont mind if the pictures look crappy and the grain is bigger then on a 20 year old TV they just want to spread porn.
2. Also ive learned: NO MORE RPGmaker stuff.
3. As well as: Is it made with Ren'Py? So I dont want to see it on my Harddisk
4. BigBrother is still out of competition. Men in the House was close to it. But the girls looking horrible and it forces me to much to build relationships with girls that makes me vomit. (I was sitting here holding my hands so that I dont need to see the pictures while clicking through the scene)
5. You and me have different imaginations what "Atomic boobs" means
   Big brothers Mom have waaay to much. When playing "Men in the house" I was stunned how ridiculous the girls looking.
6. Torrid affairs where looking nice. But as you sayed: On hold. So after 10 minutes, the whole content is played

I feel that 95% of the content I saw in the last week is made from hobbie-workers that dont know anything about terms like: Concepting (player guidance, rewarding, comfortabillity, polishing), lightning and illumination.. photoshop, 3D Programms and well.. copyright ^^

   For me it honestly depends on the game and what kind of game in general.
   RPGM definitely works best for an overall "traditional JRPG-ish" kind of game.
   
   My two personal favourites are Roundscape Adorevia and The Last Sovereign.
   The latter of which has zero images in its sex scenes, but both are damn good story and character wise, in my opinion.
   Hell, I look forward to the progression of both those games more than I have the release of too many "triple A" games in the past five years. Not sure if that's an indictment of me, or the gaming industry...

Well, the vast majority of adult/erotic/porn games are made by amateurs, and with a huge degree of variance in talent across different fields.
Generally though, the best games on here have multiple people working on them, like an actual dev team should.

I do have to ask though, what specifically about Big Brother do you like?
I guarantee it's not the game play, because this game is just a VN wearing a faux-sandbox-skin coat...

Lisa's Virginity, Olivia the side chick, Coffee shop and chick, Alice's Future Stalker (mentioned once), Stopping Alice's Blackmail, Aunt Kyra's next porn project for Max, Aunt Kyra moving out (Noooo!), Ann's No Complete Clause (house stream issue?), Dr Sexy stuff, more Kate's Mom stuff, and a few other things that got mentioned and never went anywhere...

Currently, I have 20k and spend half the in-game time just skipping. I pretty much did everything (looked at the picture files to see if I missed anything and other than the Eric stuff I did not allow to happen I saw most of it in-game).
