Should have continued nonetheless like many of the other creators. This game has so many fans that its a shame he gave up on the entire project just on some guidelines.
This game is best ever. All mods are bad, because images are ugly. Thats why i cant play them. The images of this original game are awesome, thats why i am very very sad, if that game never continue.
I suspect that anyone continuing the game would make something that wouldn't feel genuine to me. Even if it's the same models and names and story being used, the characterization of the various family members likely wouldn't be the same. The renders might be just as high quality, but they may not have the same style. Maybe the dialogue would be far better written. But that wouldn't be a positive for me, because I've gotten used to the writing in the game. I have always wanted DS to improve the game, and I hope he someday does. I don't want anyone else to do it though. I want DS to take what he started and learn from it, and give us something that slowly evolves in a better game. I need there to be that continuation, not just of story or style, but just of the overall creative influence. I don't want someone who may come in and suddenly give us exposed pussies, witty dialogue, etc, because that's not what BB has been about in the past. It could be in the future, I think, but for me that only works if DS is the one that does it.
I think same, that if someone else continue the game, game dont be same. Mods are bad, because characters are ugly and story is differend. Mods looks too much fucking and i like original game, because it going slowly. I cant understand how DS can stop that game this way, without proper ending. Looks like DS dont rispekt his own game at all.
because of Patreon's crack down on full incest, they closed Dark Silver's page until he made changes but he decided on a new game forcing him to abandon BB cause the game was too large for him to change/rewrite
He wasn't forced he chose to give up big brother for his new game, DS could have kept going be didn't. Don't get me wrong Patreon are really cracking down on games but a lot of devs have kept going despite the new policys
Didn't have to rewrite it just release it elsewhere and get funding away from patreon for the game others work it that way and it works
No, it really doesn't. Not to replace tens of thousands of dollars in pledges a month.
