You can go through the game without having any real issues with Eric. Just do not start any of the quests until you have gotten rid of him. I never helped Alice with her Blog. Never started the teaching of the younger sister. Never did the photoshoot that leads to sex. Pretty much spent the first 6-8 weeks making money to get more cameras to get more money to afford to make him disappear.

Sure it makes the game start boring but I was not interested in seeing Eric doing anything with the sisters or hot aunt. I had no choice with the mother.

There are two big combined mods for this game:

So I'm a little bit confused which one to try. Could you please recommend me one of them.

only thing i have found is
In this hand is the full game version 0.13.0.007 from Dark Silver, which, in turn, is modified and includes a huge number of additional events. All this is fully translated into the Russian language. Don't bother most of the English dialogue is in Russian, even stuff that was English in the original game
