Wow, I didn't realize it was that long ago. So if he had kept working on it, there would be ten or eleven more updates since then. We might be really close at this point to having sex with Lisa.
But seriously... I'm pretty certain that (outside of anal) we'd be waiting for the "new" Olivia and her mother content to be done first. Then more for Alice, followed by a new, non-repeatable scene with Kira and one with Kira and Ann after, going on "dates" with Olivia and some Olivia & Lisa stuff, and who knows what else before Lisa's cherry went "pop".

Why do you need to change that file? The game isn't copy protected anymore, and you don't need to change anything to use mods.

You need to use it in one of the outside areas at a particular time (it's either morning or evening, I can't remember which, just make sure there's noone else outside).

Morning. It doesn't matter if anyone is outside. You can only catch the spider every few days (I forget exactly how often) until you buy the upgrade. More info in the walkthrough thread.
