That's only as a side effect of the (barely) sandbox style of the game, and it being unfinished in several places beyond just the abandoned state it's in.
To its credit that abandoned state isn't entirely the fault of DS, but it was clear what was going to happen eventually.

Story... The story's not good.
When you get over how fucked in the head his family is, then it's certainly entertaining. I'd say it's kind of like a "so bad, it's good" movie.

As far as I have seen its just the same npc's from BB that was brought over, will need to wait and see if the story will be there.

When playing as Kate, you get to find out about the cams, and lots of hinting from Lisa about "activities", and Kate's doing her camshows but don't about Max's involvement in them.
For the BB side of things... There's basically nothing beyond playing as Max and going to the rooms, looking at cams, and the odd bit of shower peeping.
It's not a continuation, more of a remake.
Fair warning to you though, you might not like Lisa's hair...

For someone who knows how to unlock all the content and does not cheat it has well over 40 hours of play but for a new player it can take over 100 hours to play.

Can't trigger school friend. Banging sister in ass.
Given weed to Alice friend and got rid of Eric by internet hack. Just grinding same options every day now
Anyone know what I need to focus on to trigger next stage. After reading walkthroughs feel I need to do more private spanking?

Bumped into the same problem after playing the game all over again for the second time with a different version of the game. After filming second scene of porn movie (BJ with mom tied in bed), mom and Kire won't show up in their room at9pm on Friday to watch the scene together,. Does it take multiple weeks for them to show up? Or am I missing sth... I'm feeling a bit frustrated after spending so many hours to replay the game. Gentlemen please help with a solution or I'll be very grateful if anyone can share a save with progress around that timing. Thanks so much

If you're not using the same version as in the OP, then you're using a mod of some sort.
Possible that it's causing issues.
