Of course, we can't forget the ludicrous "a past trauma made it so that any man can basically brainwash Anne, except for Max, of course, because that would just make things too easy" plot development. Then there's the egregious REPEAT of that plot development with Alice. Except, it isn't exactly brainwashing with Alice, so really Kate's basically raping her, and makes Max rape her.
Also, until a LOT of grinding is over, there are basically no repeatable sex scenes. Not even with the incredibly sexually open Kira (With whom Max is alone for a few hours everyday). Also, DS never went back over the few specific repeatable sex scenes in the game and modified them based on plot and character development. A specific example is always having to pass a really difficult persuasion check to get Alice to suck Max's dick while she's drunk after the club even when they're having full-on vaginal sex in front of an audience twice a week. And Max never actually has a real sexual relationship with ANYONE. Kira pretty much flat out refuses to have sex with Max except for special occasions (read: scripted events), Alice is incredibly bi-polar as to whether she's uncomfortable with it, Anne's storyline is barely finished as it is, and Lisa wants to keep her virginity (because that's a fucking great idea in what is essentially an open-ended free-roaming sex game that you don't intend to finish...).
