how to save the game in cheat mode

guys i made it to a point where i cant move anywhere further,
how should i proceed my game, this is where im now
fourth porn movie not activated yet (after pill scene),
can give punishement to lisa and alice,
can fuck kate and bj from alice
mom giving hj and bj in her room,bathroom,sofa.
lisa can punish me and viceversa
lisa & max anal while aunt is teaching, also anal in kitchen
lisa introduced olivia (after coffee scene),
still coffee (online course) course not activated
btw in profile it shows lisa as friend instead of gf (i messed up yoga scene, couldnt attend )
...
can someone give me how to approach this?
