You need to keep both Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over both maxed out at all times.
Go around and talk to every girl when there alone all day long everyday and it should move along the quests.

You don't get to do anything with mom when you sleep in her bed and if your hoping to have sex with her and sleep in her bed at the same time forget it, that is unless the mod you are playing with allows it later in the game.

Normally I would not answer any questions for players who mod this game but since that mod adds to the "Base Vanilla Game" and the questions are for the base game I went ahead and answered you.

She watches TV 2 times a week at 3am, not for sure what days it is but I think it is Wednesday night/Thursday morning at 3am and Saturday night/Sunday morning 3am.

No you can not change, all 3 routes are standalone.
Olivia GF content ended in v.10 and all content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 are all for Lisa GF routes.
