I think the best route is to give wallet and money to Eric and leave every one except mom alone.
Since Max now at least knows that Eric name is not legally "Eric" he can do something in later versions.
Hopefully game designer realizes that just because Max game wallet back it doesn't mean Max will forget that Eric is lying about his legal name and wrote it down or memorized it so he can use it to find out what Eric has done or is upto.
I was gonna keep wallet and give money and tell Eric to leave aunt and sisters alone but then he would have become a thief in his family's eyes.
Whether or not Eric's influence is little or nothing after this doesn't matter since Eric won one battle with Max and can remind Mom and family what a thief Max is or that he can't be trusted.
Maybe i'm thinking too much about it. lol
The main thing is how game designer will use this big event to influence future opportunities etc.
Whatever the case i highly recommend making a save right before this event and keeping it separate since we will have no idea on what impact it will have to story overall.
Any thoughts are welcome.
Just to make sure - I'm playing version 0.4.0.011 and at 03:00 (3am) you CAN'T have sex with Aunt right.
Only the one time was sex and now you =
Aunt will appear at pool/watching TV/Bathroom at 03:00 in case
pool = she just kinds jerks you for a bit then leaves
watching TV = depending on your choice you can kiss her, she will give you a blowjob, or you both watch porn and masturbate
bathroom = nothing really, you offer but she refuses
I'm asking because someone said you can "Choose photoshoot for penetration (tied-up sex) this is repeatable almost everyday"
I don't don't see any such option at 03:00 or is the game messed up for me since i'm playing cracker version.

n-ea-1 n-ea-2 n-ea-3 n-ea-4 already discussed. There is no code in the game that uses them. I think, DS made renders but had not enough time to implement them.

Just to clarify the above images are when Kate is naked and sleeps naked with Alice.
All new 4 opportunities have reached end of current build. I've massaged mom naked for like 4-5 weeks plus on thursday night as well. You can do massage on Thursday night if you give Eric impotency pill that day, when he is in bathroom alone mom will be on bed naked only wrapped in towel
So that means i massaged mom naked like 12-16 times already.
Any ideas if i'm missing something or doing it wrong?

I think you missing the fact that this question were asked many times already and you didn't take the time to do some search.
Here the trigger information from the code :
0.4: 2 o'clock in the morning, Alice is asleep while Kate is smoking.
Here the text you say : "I can't hear anything behind the door. Maybe I should look into the window?"
And the answers :
"Peep into the window"
"Leave"
There are 2 other answers, but some state is required to go there. Nowhere in the code theses states are read or written. So actually only the n-as-1 scene is avalaible.
So : Not avalaible yet !
