No, you just need to wait till 2 am and catch him out there and have the camera and you get the chance to get it.

Unrelated question regarding Kate: On the walkthrough for Cunning Plan it states that she shows up at 1am Wednesday. I have been reloading multiple times at that instance but I don't see her when I peek into Alice's room. Kate's entry as a character does get added on Thursday. Am I missing something? I know the opportunity doesn't trigger till Kate's 5th visit. Does that mean that I have to wait till Wednesday on the 3rd week she shows up?

Is way before porn movies, I got that question almost at starting the game, I think giving the swim suit allows to reach the mood required to gain enough trust to go and take the chance to get her as GF.

You can see Kate the very first time she shows up at 1 am peep at them and then go to the pool at 2 am and talk to her.
She shows up twice a week Tuesday night Wednesday morning and Saturday night Sunday morning. On both Wednesday and Sunday morning at 2 am she is at the pool.

I am thinking she may show up 3 times a week in the beginning so just stay up till 1 am and watch Alice's room and you will see her.

Hints for Persuades:

1) The rolls are ALL made at either midnight or 1am so if you have a save from midnight you can go back to that and sleep to MAYBE get a better result.

2) I have SOMETIMES been lucky when I use the basic cheat mod on laptop to raise the attitude of someone 3 times (300 points?). It always seem to need an ODD number of boosts (3,5,7,etc).

Hope that helps, and don't know what happens if using anything other than the basic and IkaruX mods.
