As far as I remember from my Olivia path, u can't go further in mentor.

Date with Lisa follows the option of starting a romantic relationship with her. Not sure where and when this happens on the olivia path but since Olivia is now your GF maby it actually blocks out the romance route. Would be weird if you could have Olivia as GF and start dating Vicky at once. So my guess till otherwice proved wrong is that you need to restart the game from a save prior to shoosing Olivia path.

As for changeing code.. Don't! This will lead to a heap of problems later where stuff needs to happen in a sertain order to trigger other stuff so you will only break the game and end up regretting you dident simply start over.
