It is my own save I have been working on myself. Also, How do I make Alice catch me and Lisa? I have fucked lisa in the ass in the kitchen a dozen times since she threatened punishment and nothing has happened.

Then you save game is broken, it is automatic once Alice tells both Lisa and Max not to fuck without her and everytime Lisa will go tell Alice about it then just show up when Alice is watching tv and talk to her.
If this is not happening then your game is broken.

I think something got messed up when I transferred my save game to 0.12... the opportunity "changing roles" isn't active, when it was before in 0.11. Anyone got advice?

Some save games get broken when you change them over to a new update, you may want to try one a little earlier than that and see if it is still working.

As for new job I have not gotten that far yet but when I do I will post how-to's once I learn all the ends and outs of it and post a mini walkthrough on page 1 post 2 or 3.

There are no dialogue options with Vicky that trigger anything new in the game. Any new date with Lisa is just her talking about Olivia possibly becoming Max's new girlfriend. My "Hot Coffee" opportunity says Lisa learned from one of her classmates about an online bartender class, and she promised to learn more and tell me the details. - I don't have any such bartender class on the computer either.

it should work... friday sometime, I think. It should have told you when they were going to do it, so if you missed it go back to a previous save and try again. Otherwise, ask somebody else here since I'm pretty new to the game.

The patch notes say that there are new sex ed lessons with Lisa and Ann though. Are you saying that's not part of Mentor?
