how to trigger the lisa-ann sex-ed lessons of 0.12?
knowing that ann caught alice punishing lisa and max 4 or 5 times
and max was going to the clinic with alice more than 4 times
and for the opportunities i have everything at the end only
Cunninig Plan at " alice loves having complete control over kate....."
and New Job at " aunt kira has explained her decision ......"

Okay you need to get mom to catch Alice and Max in the lounge several more time until she sets down and have a talk with them and also you need to have Alice catch mom and Max in the lounge until she sits down and have a talk with them and then you may need to have mom catch Alice spanking Lisa and Mas 2-4 more times after mom and Alice has had the talk while setting down.

A little help please, been to the clinic 5 times with Alice and haven't had a trigger yet. Thank you.

What exactly am I missing to trigger the event if I've already had mom sit with alice and alice sit with mom, and have been to the clinic 4 times with Alice as a girlfriend?

You must get both mom and Lisa mood as high as they will go and it just happens.
Keep checking with both of them Lisa in the bedroom anytime and mom in her bedroom at night.

If it does not happen then upload your save game for this game and I will look at it.

Like i wrote before couple pages back if you want to change same old boring scenes turn off the menu dialog bigger chance to be catched by Ann turn off by pressing ` above the tab button its changing scenes sometimes totally

I can’t get the new AV with mom brought up. It says I need get her excited without sexual release. Not sure how to pull that off. Can’t get mom to start teaching Lisa either. Mentor says it’s at the end still. Only thing I can get started was the new Olivia route.

Read the post above, so I’ll try that. What about the AV question?

Its not part of Mentor its part of the cunning plan and new job quests.

You must have taken Alice to the clinic as Max's GF (this will start Lisa's new sex-ed) and you must get Alice to catch mom and Max in the lounge while mom is giving Max a BJ until Alice sits down and have a talk with both of them. (This could take many times to get it to happen.)
You must get mom to catch Alice and Max in the lounge until mom sits down and has a talk with both of them. (This could take many times to get it to happen.)
You must get mom to catch Alice spanking Max and Lisa in the lounge at least 2 times but it could take more than that.

Also what is "AV"?

Having done this like 5 times now i'm confiden't i figured out the trigger for overhearing Eric talking to his (GF/Wife/Lover) that you need to progress in the Wallet route to get rid of him.
Step 1. Talk to Kira, Can you help me slow down Eric. Step 2. Buy the Anti-potency Pills. Wait till Monday.
Step 3. Talk to Alice at 18:00pm to make her mix the pills in the food. (Cost 60$) Have dinner and and move over to moms room right away.. BINGO! At 20:00pm like clockwork you overhear Eric on the phone :)
Just incase you wanna add the info somewhere.
EDIT - ofc this is all after you pay him back the dept and have already obtained the wallet..
