I think mine must be broke then as Ann doesn't dissappear at those times for me between 20:00 and 00:00. She is between the bathroom, Sofa and then Bed Area.. I going round in circles trying to get the next step for New Job to be able to massage Ann with the oil... is there any other trick to get this working?

No specific triggers, it happens naturally as part of the Lisa GF and Mentor routes. There's not much to Vicky ATM.

So in New Job, in talked to Kira about Mom doing jobs by herself but she never leaves the house or no new options to progress story at all. I have compleated the Side effect opportunity btw. What should i do? Thanks.

Morning guys. I started with 0.12 and I know it’s a grind. But I have couple of questions.
1. When you play Eric as friend and you can peep in on him and Ann having sex, how many times do you have to do it till there is a different scene instead of the handcuffed and ball gag?
2. Should I progress with Lisa and Alice after I got rid of Eric?
And 3. On what day you got rid of Eric, so I can prepare myself how long I have to play.

I wanted to know if I reached the end of the game content of this version.

Max visited doctor and she undressed. Max, Kira, Mom and Alice shot porn movies and now mom gets shot separately. Max is fucking Lisa in the ass. Fucking Alice for her blog and with her friend (who now can stay over).

Max hasn't managed yet to sleep in Mom's room. Is more content implemented in this version?

Btw, awesome game, I don't even remember when I last played a game this good!

No you have not reached the end, you need to take Alice with Max to the clinic to unlock most of v.12 content including but not limited to Lisa giving Max a BJ in front of mom. (As long as you are doing Lisa GF route.)
This will unlock mom's new job to. There is more you are missing and check what the quest says and do it.

Yes, Max needs to peep, peep and even peep some more and its best to do at the beginning of the game because Max does not get spanked for it until naked spanking starts.

Most of the new content in v.12 and v.11 is unlocked but taking Alice to the clinic with Max as his GF.

You unlock it by taking Alice to the clinic with Max as his GF so just keep going to the clinic, this will unlock Lisa's new sex-ed with mom and mom's new job.

You must start peeping at the first week he is in the house and do it every week to see all scenes and the ball gage is the last scene you get and it remains that way until you kick his ass out of the house to get the rest of the great content you are missing by having him around.

Save the punishment until after you finish with mom and Alice first.

That was the second one I did, after being caught with mom. I didn't even know there was supposed to be an order. Getting the two 'caught with Alice' scenes last worked for me.

You must do it until mom and Alice will sit down and do the talk, the only one that needs to be last is mom catching Max and Lisa getting spanked by Alice or it seems so.
This needs more testing and I will test it out before the next update comes out.

I answered 1 up above so now after re-reading your post I will answered 2 and 3.

2. Yes, yes you should because its not called the "Incest Game Of Your Life" for nothing.

3. Thats a toss up for you can do it very fast or slow and you look like you did the slow way, I had him gone really fast but I don't remember how long it was but it was in the first 60 days of play.
The one thing to remember do not get rid of him until you start sensual massage on Alice or you will not be able to do it and will break your game.

DS never changed the wording on that and you can ignore it.

Thanks for reply but I have no idea how to take Alice to the clinic as his GF. Side effect oppurt. says that i have reached the end of this oppt. When i go to the clinic its the same routine. New job oppt. should have had Mom starting the job, but she never leaves the home and Kira never says anything other that night lessons with Lisa. Also Mom never catched MC with Lisa or Alice.
I think i broke the game somehow, but I appriciate any kind of advice. Thanks again.
