No I have no idea at all I am only a computer user not programmer.

There is a whole section for mods for BB and you can ask over there if you want to know.

I believe I have everything done for version .12, and I'm just trying to cap off everyone's moods for a good start for .13, but I can't seem to get Ann's mood anywhere except Neutral or Not Bad. I had her at Awesome for the longest time with ease, but to quickly access her night time massage scenes, I quickly skipped through a bunch of days, doing nothing. I recovered Alice and Lisa's moods since, but I can't figure out how to get Ann back up. What helps/hurts her mood at this point?

See if you can still watch tv with her but not the porn and do it every day she is home.

Spiders, spiders and even more spiders are your friend and you have to complete Lisa's mentor quest and wait till you get the convo with her about peeping.
You must keep doing other quest to.

No your save is not broken you just need to keep doing all quest and the 4th move and wait till mom takes Max to the clinic and keep doing all quest and going to the clinic until Eve tells Max to bring his GF next visit and that will start v.12 content.

Its a mod that allows cheats through Max's laptop but there really is no reason to use it because it can break your game if used to soon, you can cheat a little bit of money to help buy the clothes for the girls but anything after that is not needed.

It tells you that "You've reached the end of this opportunity in the current version of the game."

That's it no other thing is need for that one.
It requires Max to help Lisa with homework either for free or for something and then get her spanked 1 time for the "quid pro quo" and its over.

Just keep doing Alice in the lounge until mom catches you and she must sit down and have a talk to both.
Then do mom in the lounge until Alice catches you and Alice sits down and have a talk with mom.
Now after mom and Alice sits down and do there talk you need to get Lisa and Max spanked by Alice with mom catching you at least 2 times.

Okay you must be doing Lisa GF path to go futher and she needs to touch herself 3 times to move on to the next step.
Do not offer her to join Max just ask if she needs help the 2nd time, 1st and 3rd do themself but the 2nd one will screw you up.

After you can watsh porn with mom you won't get the option to watsh regular movies anymore.
Some options to keep moms mood up is always do the chores. Get the food, clean pool and cosmetics.
Massage her and never forget the weekly payment of 500$. And do not miss a spanking of the Girls. This makes mom pissed and it locks you out of that option till you get her back on your good side, hehe
