That's it no other thing is need for that one.
It requires Max to help Lisa with homework either for free or for something and then get her spanked 1 time for the "quid pro quo" and its over.

Just keep doing Alice in the lounge until mom catches you and she must sit down and have a talk to both.
Then do mom in the lounge until Alice catches you and Alice sits down and have a talk with mom.
Now after mom and Alice sits down and do there talk you need to get Lisa and Max spanked by Alice with mom catching you at least 2 times.

Okay you must be doing Lisa GF path to go futher and she needs to touch herself 3 times to move on to the next step.
Do not offer her to join Max just ask if she needs help the 2nd time, 1st and 3rd do themself but the 2nd one will screw you up.

This game is too tough for me or I am too dumb for it. My Max is visiting the clinic alone and getting paid for the specimen. Nothing more is happening and it is becoming more like a pain than pleasure to continue playing. It appears that in this game there is too much grinding but little reward.

Mom catshing you when Alice spank is 1 of 3 ways you need to be caught. Its all in the post i linked. After you complete that part Ann will anounce to all at breakfast she has a new job. (This just happens so wait for it. It won't happen at all unless you followed the part about getting caught in lounge to the letter) You should also after that be able to contunie the sex-ed because the trigger on that is getting Alice to go with Max to doctor and you already did this part.
