I'm just adding a few screen for Ann Catshing max and Alice in lounge. Remeber the last one is the sit down and talk. Thats the trigger that needs to happen. How many times you need her to walk in depends on the RNG. 4-?..

Then we have Alice catshing mom giving Max a BJ while watshing porn movie. Again the sit down and talk is the trigger.
At least 2 times. But Ann is RNG so ..

Finally you need Ann to catsh you when Alice is punishing Max for having sex with Lisa. She spanks you both on the couch. 2 times is required for this final RNG part.

I had 1 today that was not paying the 500 on Monday's and was wondering why he could not do mom any more.

Players need to understand that mom see's Max as an adult only when Max pays 500 every Monday otherwise she sees him as a child again.

One of the primary things that allow mom to see Max as an adult is paying 500 on Monday to help the family and this is your problem, I paid the 350 the day of your save then another 350 on Monday and guess what happen.

On the topic of what may casue people to lock themselves out from moms room at night.
The first time Metioned ingame is before you even shoot the first film.

Then this talktree next will make you ask about Kira moving to lounge or the Movie. It happens after the third Movie.
Whatever you pick the other won't show up again after. Not sure if this is where you said you asked about the movie but when i did that i could'nt ask Kira again about the next step with mom so i was locked out from moms room.

Using the option to ask about Kira i was able to sneak into moms room thats same night.

That last one needs more testing and someday I will start a new game to test it out. Do you have a save just before then?

No only Alice gets to dominate, Ann can make Max cum sometimes Max need to keep going to the clinic.
