Have you put the .txt file in your Big Brother folder? If so, the cheat menu should be an option on Max's computer. Scroll to the bottom if you can't see it.
My wrist (that already had some issues) is actually sore as hell now. I might be done with this game forever lol. Or at least play in much smaller bursts. It's a shame there isn't some kind of "skip previously seen scenes when going through the insane grind that is this game" option.
edit: also there isn't even a milf or hot doctor here.
