If you want use mods get help in the mod thread and if you run into problems with your game using mods ask for help in the mod thread we here in this thread only help with none modded game.

Yes the top options is best and you just unpack it and double click on the exe just like you did before, each update is the full game, just copy your saves from v.12 to v.13 save game folder and go play.

At 7 am go to mom and do yoga with her.
You need to help her with homework without error 6-7 times for the relationship boost and help her with dishes so her mood will go up.
