There is nothing more for you on the Olivia girlfriend path, that is all there is.
Olivia content ended in v.10 all new content and sex with mom is only on Lisa's girlfriend path's.
It means I have to start new save? If yes can you send me a save similliar to my?

Stop paying for Max to be privately spank.
You must get both Lisa and Alice's mood maxed out and keep them maxed out at all times.
You must complete both blog and spider quests for Alice.
Once you get both Lisa and Alice's mood maxed out you should start getting new convo's just keep checking on all girls.
Talk to Kira at the pool alone.

I have already did your save and it will take many days for things to change just keep playing and get to "tease" part and it will work.

Play and keep Lisa and Alice's mood and Max authority over both maxed out at all times.
Keep talking to all girls everyday looking for new convo's.
Must have Lisa as Max's girlfriend, all content ended in v.10 for Olivia girlfriend path.
