Just play and do all quest even some closed quest and it will happen.
Triggers are in a few other quest so you must work on all quest and it will happen.

Maybe someone can help me on here. I think I'm playing parts from v0.16
Alice has caught Max and Ann having sex on the couch in the lounge and now
Max and Alice can publicly spank her. I try different options at 21:00 on the couch
with Ann to trigger continuing the sex ed lessons with Lisa in Ann's room at 23:00.
No matter what I do the option to continue lessons doesn't appear in the dialogue.
I don't know what trigger event I'm missing, but nothing seems to work at all. It
just gives the option for getting a BJ from either of them. I don't have the option
to talk to Lisa about it either. I feel like a hamster in a wheel just spinning around
and around with nothing happening. I keep reading that eventually Max can have sex
with Ann in her room at midnight when she gets home from her job. I can only get
so far of Max going down on her or getting a handjob from Ann. No new scenes
are showing up. She keeps saying maybe another time. I have played at least 2
months worth of in game days and still haven't had that happen. I am desperate
to continue these events, but to no avail. I ready to smash my computer and go
screaming out of my apartment building. Do I now have any "fun" with Ann before
she goes to work at 8pm on Monday or Thursday so she is sexually frustrated and
will allow it? Please help and thank you.

well without knowing where you are at in her quests no one can say what if anything is left for you to do.

Upload your save and I will take a look.

To stay on Lisa's good side you need to workout 2 times a week anyway.

After testing this game well over 100 times this is what I found out.

Moms room only has 2 people in it 2-3 times a week for 3 hours per day where as the pool has with Max when one of the girls there many times per day.
Mom and Max at 7, Max and Alice several hours a day, Lisa 3 hours every day with Max being there and so on.

When they sleep there is no gain in viewers, 2 or more at a place will gain more viewers.

I have been through all the movies and watched the lesbian one with Alice in the lounge when Ann isn't home
You have to talk to Kira about getting the disc. I also kept having sex with Ann in the lounge and Alice eventually
