Also, once you can choose mom or Lisa in sex Ed, is there any reason to keep doing them in 12 besides for fun?

Sadly none of the other downloads fix this and clicking on the error option just boots me out of the dialog selection box. Thanks for replying though

If a different download link did not fix the problem then you have a computer problem with your hardware and you need to get it fixed.

Still no luck. But i have played an old save and discovered something. After 3rd porn shoot, Max asks Kira about Kira moving out of Mom's room, Kira tells her not to say anything to Mom after Kira nmoves out. But here is the thing, After the moving out talk with Kira i can talk Mom about sleeping with her immediately but that somehow locks the "About movie..." dialouge and if i do the "About movie..." dialouge that locks the "Sleeping" dialouge and I can never go to the Mom's room to trigger bed scenes or to talk Kira about it.

This save is the original Eve grind. Its on Day 310something. If you can help i really appriciate it. Again thanks for your help.

You need to wait and ask aunt Kira to sleep nude in the lounge and then you should be able to just go into mom's room but it may require waiting until after the 4th movie and going to the clinic a bunch of times.

You need to take Alice to the clinic as Max's GF to unlock the rest of it.

Cunning plan now includes Lisa new sex-ed training by mom and you unlock it by taking Alice to the clinic after Eve ask Max to bring his GF next visit.
Then you also have to do what's in this mini walkthrough: "15. How to unlock v.12 new content."

2 things come to mind on this.
1. I work on all quest at the same time or as long as I can and some of them even though they say there finish they are not and you need to keep doing what they say you to do.
2. I wait till after I get Kira to sleep nude with the are you hot convo then once she starts sleep nude I go to mom's room and try to sleep with her.

I'm not getting caught by Alice when mom is doing blowjob in lounge.
I'm at that stage when I already convinced mom that Alice and Kate can be together. Sometimes Alice does blowjob in lounge as a repayment for it, but when I offer her more, she just says "another time". And I'm not getting caught by mom.

As I posted just below the post one of the main trigger for v.12 content is taken Alice to the clinic as Max's GF but it could also be the trigger for v.11 content since I skipped both v.10 and v.11 and came but with v.12.

Sadly, I don't think it's hardware. I've tried it on my laptop, which is much newer than my desktop, and my surface pro and the error dialog option still pops up. I'll just start a new game and hope this doesn't happen again.

I will let @TCMS know that there may be a problem with the downloads and see if new ones can be uploaded, but I tell you this now I just downloaded 2 of them and both work for me.

Either one of the other quest is not far enough and have you check all girls mood for they must be high to have the good results to happen.
