I'm not getting caught by Alice when mom is doing blowjob in lounge.
I'm at that stage when I already convinced mom that Alice and Kate can be together. Sometimes Alice does blowjob in lounge as a repayment for it, but when I offer her more, she just says "another time". And I'm not getting caught by mom.

What can I do?

The first "try to do more" is a trap, the 2nd "offer to do more" seems like it never happens until after mom accepts Alice and Kate's relationship then once or twice a week she will go further but her mood must be high, the 3rd one is automatic once you get to a point in the game. (Remember with all girls mood must be very very high to succeed on most sex options.)
Just keep playing working on "all quest" and do the 4th movie then keep working on all quest and wait till mom takes Max to the clinic, then start going to the clinic while you are also doing all the other quests until Eve ask Max to bring his GF with him on the next visit so do it and have fun. Remember other quest have triggers for other quest in them.

hey i am stuck in where i asked mom for lisas sex edu then it shows that rest will continue in v12 wat to do

Something else needs to be done in one of the other quest then so work on all the other quest and see if it unlocks then and if not then upload this save game save only and I will take a look at it.

Still no luck. But i have played an old save and discovered something. After 3rd porn shoot, Max asks Kira about Kira moving out of Mom's room, Kira tells her not to say anything to Mom after Kira nmoves out. But here is the thing, After the moving out talk with Kira i can talk Mom about sleeping with her immediately but that somehow locks the "About movie..." dialouge and if i do the "About movie..." dialouge that locks the "Sleeping" dialouge and I can never go to the Mom's room to trigger bed scenes or to talk Kira about it.

This save is the original Eve grind. Its on Day 310something. If you can help i really appriciate it. Again thanks for your help.

Can someone please provide a guide line as to how to unlock Kate's Mom? I keep buying weed for her for the minor threesomes. But still trying to unlock her Mom.

That is up to you but I only ever do it just for 1 month and no more, unless you are still getting caught peeping that is.
If still getting caught peeping then keep paying for it so you don't lose authority over Max's sisters because of getting spanked.
Once you stop getting caught you no longer need it and soon you can ask not to be spanked at all.

Have you taken Alice with Max to the clinic as his GF yet and if not this is the main triggers for the next step in both Lisa's new sex-ed training with MOM and mom to start her new job.


You have a bad copy of the game and should choose a different download link and get a new copy of the game.
You can still click on it and its the movie watching option.


If you use this one you can put just 100 in the web site account and not in Max's pocket and it stays hidden from Eric.

I've done one oil massage on mom after she gets home from work in 12, now I don't have the option to do it any more. Her mood is all the way up. Is there a trigger to do it again, or is there only one in this version, even though the New Job opportunity doesn't seem to be finished?

Also, once you can choose mom or Lisa in sex Ed, is there any reason to keep doing them in 12 besides for fun?

If a different download link did not fix the problem then you have a computer problem with your hardware and you need to get it fixed.

You need to wait and ask aunt Kira to sleep nude in the lounge and then you should be able to just go into mom's room but it may require waiting until after the 4th movie and going to the clinic a bunch of times.

You need to take Alice to the clinic as Max's GF to unlock the rest of it.

Needs testing, testing and even more testing.

2 things come to mind on this.
1. I work on all quest at the same time or as long as I can and some of them even though they say there finish they are not and you need to keep doing what they say you to do.
2. I wait till after I get Kira to sleep nude with the are you hot convo then once she starts sleep nude I go to mom's room and try to sleep with her.

As I posted just below the post one of the main trigger for v.12 content is taken Alice to the clinic as Max's GF but it could also be the trigger for v.11 content since I skipped both v.10 and v.11 and came but with v.12.

Yes taken Alice to the clinic as Max's GF it the main trigger for Lisa's new sex-ed training with mom and Ann/mom's new job plus you have to be far enough in cunning plan, blog and spider quest also.

Sadly, I don't think it's hardware. I've tried it on my laptop, which is much newer than my desktop, and my surface pro and the error dialog option still pops up. I'll just start a new game and hope this doesn't happen again.
