You can't for most of it is after v.10 when Olivia content ended.

You must start over and have Lisa as your GF to get all the new content in v.11, v.12 and v.13

There should be for a lot of player upload there end game save for each version, just go look and you should find one.

well i applyed the mod.txt when started the game, any problem with that? And i also choose her to forget about the guy... (im starting the sensual massages with alice now) but lisa... i dont have any options with her i guess is just help her study.. what can i do? Do i need to start over??

I think I did but I'll double check for new dialog options, one last thing. Is getting caught random? I still need to get caught by Alice with Lisa in the kitchen.

You never get caught doing it, Lisa will tell Alice every time Max and Lisa do anal with or without Kira.

Have you had the convo with Alice about spanking mom?

You may have and just don't remember it so set up Alice and when mom goes to spank her see if there is a new option to tell mom no that mom gets the spanking instead.

Ah! Thanks so much. Got there eventually. Have now had Alice interrupt Max and mom everywhere (just about), had Lisa interrupt in the kitchen in the morning, and Max had sex with both Alice and Ann on the couch. So that's it, I think. Whew!

I hadn't bothered to set Alice up with cigarettes in a long time -- went back to that, and everything flowed from there.

No, didnt talk nothing about lisa with kira, With lisa i have told her to forget about the guy... and i helped her study, even did that 7 time making her homework alone.. but if anything happened i didnt noticed, and its the only thing i can do with her.. study. well i halso can go shopping with family and call her... With kira we did 2 photoshoots and now she told me to make sensual massages with alice, but she dont let me finish she says "we should stop until we...." and i have done the first back massage with mom! here is a picture:
