Don't know about the first one but the 2nd happens when she needs punished while mom is doing the punishments but you do not get to see it.
You only see them go in then they come out after the punishment.

There is no more content on the Olivia GF path it stopped at v.10 all the content in v.11, v.12 and v.13 are only on the Lisa GF paths.

My first run against Eric he could not sex Alice, but Kira it seems he can sex once before you can stop it. During my second run now, I still play aginst Eric but have taken some other choices, he still can't have sex with Alice. Kira on the other hand...still that one time. One time to many. There are some ppl saying that is also avoidable, but don't know how.

Try Glamour from the same developer or this Another story a remake from another developer. They both have Android. Any issues ask in game thread.

That is not this original game but a mod or another one of the fan made remakes plus.
