At first you have to make "recovery", until in the selection menu you see "recovery (repetition)"; then you have to do "new exercises", until you see "new exercises (repetition)"; then you have to do "recovery" again, lol
Also, when you do the exercises, make sure you do them all (even if you press quickly on them), that will give you more points

I think so, the other things is when she tells you about her grandmother, right? The quest log doesn't update for her, so i'm not sure. I've definitely gone more than 7-10 days though.
EDIT: Just advanced Katia some, had to do the new exercises again lol. Got to where she gives MC a handjob while he is doing the split, is that the end?

I'm sorry if I sounded harsh because, like I said, I enjoyed your game. The saves from the last update are no use to me, because I skipped all of Gina's content and was about to play that. It's not your fault, I just needed the compressed version because my pc and my internet suck and it takes about half an hour less to download compressed.

It took a lot of willpower to resist Gina I had a personal issue with the whole get between her and her boyfriend scenario, it just rubs me the wrong way. I tried to replay the whole game today but I just couldn't stand the grinding. If the grinding goes away I'll be a happy camper

And many other things will happen in future updates... but, really, this requires a lot of time and effort ... I could create a fast sex game, of course, I really enjoy creating the sexual scenes, but I think if the player gets involved in the story and understand each of the characters, when those sex scenes comes, you enjoy them better.
