online request through laptop, I think you should have 50 or 70,000 rubles (dollars), for the sauna(bath) again in memory of 90-100000 and for the greenhouse 20000

You should only need to open and extract the first one (ending in .001). Make sure .002 and .003 are in the same folder. When you do that 7zip should automatically detect that they're a bundle zip and unload it all together.
At that point you just need to swap the .qps file with an english translated one and you're good to go.

well looks like my antivirus blocked Big Kuyash.exe just add to exeption and works fine

You use it either manually from the bag or turn on the automatic application from the customization menu (the joystick on the right in the menu).

Once you've downloaded that just swap the QPS file in the standalone content folder with one of xrzust0's english QPS files in the original post.
