Ok, the stepdad is borked for me. He just won't go to the lingerie in mom's room scene... and without that i can't progress...
In the sauna it's stuck at the first scene (wipe with leaves) thing. I tried for over a month, no change...

And when you download it usually only the first part is recognized by windows as a zip file and when you go to extract your unpacking program should automatically just extract the whole thing as a set in one go. Again it won't specify it's doing this but it should.
Otherwise I'm really not sure what else we can try sorry man. Easiest way to download the game would be from the original torrent file that was shared.

Yeah I don't do torrent downloads. All too many times I've encountered viruses from torrents.

Only with panties and only banana in the morninig, without and the play footsie will lover stepdads progress. It is slow prosess.

Looking at your save you are barely past step 1.

Key things to do are go to the sauna at 1900 each evening, talk to him in the hall each evening (after 20 hrs) and also flash panties. Kitchen at 9am but don't progress too quickly past the banana option otherwise points go down not up.

At some point in the evening/hall you will be able to ask him to go to the beach - this is a key trigger. You then go with him to buy the swimsuit on the weekend (Talk to him in the hall after 10am)

Keep flashing panties following week in the hall and also the sauna at 1900.

Start checking Moms room around 20 in the evening (Her sauna time so she is out of the bedroom) This is the next main trigger when you get to show him your underwear. This progresses scenes in the sauna. You can then start flashing in the hall without underwear which moves things along.

The sauna is the main area of progress and ends with blowjobs. From that point talking in the hall in the evening will eventually get to being asked to go on a vacation. It takes lots of blowjobs to get to the invite stage.

These are the variables you have to move through to get to sex. You are at step 6.
