How do you unlock the hall sex scenes with Alex (the Boss's son)? I've gotten the regular events with him but can't seem to get these ones. I've searched for the answer within this thread but can't find anything at all.

This is the first time I've played this game so it can't be any issues with old saves.
Yeah, you have to steal a bunch from work to get the thread with Grigory going. From what I can tell this is actually the most profitable job once you finally unlock it all. 600 for working there, 300 for handling stock, 1500 for being the accountant plus the occasional 2000 for being the mistress. On top of that you can also steal from the stock area once Alex tells you how and then sell it in the market. It took me a while to figure out what to do with that stuff and it turns out I'd been sitting on 50k worth of it.
Haven't had the job offer from Julia's dad yet. Guess I'll have to keep grinding for that. I'll never understand why the Russian devs seem to be obsessed with grind.

To get the stuff with Julia's dad, Just go to the town hall or what it is and talk to him, after he been spying on you and julia during the initial seduction of Julia. He will try blackmail you or force you, then pick the use your mind or use your brain or whatever option. Then wait some days and he will send flowers to your home and apologize. Then go see him at the town hall again. And he offer you a job there in exchange for you to be his fuck toy in the weekends.

I think you have to do a lot of "weed the grass" when they work on your house to get them excited, lol. Then when you have to go to the farm for the next stages you can sleep your way to cheaper price.

as i read in the OP one of the 4 attached files id for English language. What do the other 3 files do? do they have to be used also?
You also need to have another bottle of moonshine to drink with him while you're wearing the dress, which means you have to go back to the meadow to gather weed. Yay, grind. Okay, I've been through some of this and I've become stuck on some of this so let's see if I can help.
1- From memory the key is the trips to the recreation centre and masturbating in your bedroom when he's over on the weekend. You have to keep going to the rec centre with them until you catch them fucking at night enough to give him a blowjob. Then I think you have to have a conversation with him (can't remember if it has to be in a particular place) and then you masturbate when he's over (I did it in the morning, don't know if there's a set time frame) and he joined in. You may have to do the last one more than once, I think there's files for more than one scene but I got it first go.
2- I'm stuck just past this. When I was over on the weekend Rita turned up with another woman and made mention of them working together. You can ask the son about this when he's playing games and he'll say he doesn't like the situation. Your character makes some remark about needing to find out more but unfortunately the dialogue here was so badly engrished I have no idea what I'm supposed to do next. I think I need to go to her work but I have no idea where that is.
EDIT: found her work, go to the rec centre late at night.
3- I'm kind of stuck here as well but I suspect you need to advance the Rita storyline to get more.
4- Just keep having threesomes with them and then visit when Tamara won't be there (afternoon on the weekend?) and her husband will confess to you, ending the marriage. From memory the divorce doesn't really open up more scenes with the brother but does allow more scenes with Tamara and other characters.

Man, all these russian games... grindy to the extreme, horrible engrish, parts and pieces of porn material all mixed up with little sense; and despite all that still manage to be fun, hot and addictive.
