I know I'm replying to an old post, but I had a little trouble finding the turtle flute myself so I thought other players might be interested in the answer.
In the portion of the tree between the makeshift bridge you made with tree logs and the exit toward the library, get down a vine and you'll find a pair of orcs bullying a turtle. Defeat them and the flute is inside a chest right behind.

He seems to post a monthly update on the development of the sequel.

Based. Game was sorta hard to follow at times, especially if you're trying to see/get everything. Still haven't beat it, but easily one of the better RPG games I've seen.
Glad to see this person is making other stuff as well! Here's hoping we get some major updates on that end.

Never thought Pienetta also has her own casual clothes as well. Since in this game she always wears her armor.
Wish the party won't permanently split up like in this one this time. That's my only complaint of this game where the other girls won't rejoin Pienetta in the end. Wish at least there's free roam mode after completing the game instead of being locked into recollection room which you can just view it by entering a restricted house on the first town.

I forgot her name since it's been a while, but my favorite is the blonde one and it's possible that she might not return.
In fact, that blonde girl was the only time I EVER enjoyed pasties, she made it look good to me.
Well, there are TWO blonde girls. The berserker one and the mage one.
My favorite is the mage one. Her name is Poanna I think.
