If IGG Games are one of those sites that doesn't install patches then it's linked in the update request, but looking at the comments it might just be the MTL thats already here.
Been wishing for this one to be uncensored (LOVE the art) somehow my wish came true! 
Bought it and applied the patch, confirmed its uncen.

The Steam adult patch won't install to the non Steam version of the game, so it can't be the MTL.
Eh for me its closer to....not wanting the game to be associated with my steam account. I'd like to keep it 17+ ty Maybe someday i'll be brave enough to buy hentai games on steam.
