Yes, it is pretty much been the case since the game changed developers, they keep dropping feeble updates every few months so they can keep milking the Patreon and now according to the discord they are developing another game called refresh so I'm guessing this one is as good as dead.
It is a shame tho, at some point it was my favorite game on the site, I was a Patreon of the old dev and everything

lost the sleep option from PAST SAVES in addition to when you are talking to Natalie by the lockers you cannot leave the last interaction screen

I'm not even sure what was in this update. The events with Ana, but that amounted to "I'm getting surgery" followed by "Hi, I've had surgery" with almost no action.
Where games like this do well are the start where there's actual plot emerging to carry the action. Then devs get tired or lose focus on the plot and instead start padding it out with the odd pic or a new character that adds nothing to the actual story. Meanwhile you've got characters like Rosa who've been there since near the beginning but we've had almost no progress with. Elaine is just kind of...there. Hints that maybe Priti will be a thing, but not even mentioned again after that. Add in pointless stuff like Skylar when Erica's story has gone exactly nowhere.
If you haven't played it then check out Mayor Of Mt. Pleasant. It's by the original writer of BLC. Unfortunately someone said he's taking a break due to medical issues, but to his credit he's paused Patreon.

I think like AntiTsundere there might be a problem with my save game. Like them, I don't get the bed icon in the right pane to go to sleep.
Not sure if there's a way to get it back or I just need to start from the beginning again...

June need Tiffany's story to progress
Charlotte, Hang, Sofia and others need main storyline to progress.
I have slept for countless days to see if the mainstory move forward. Is there anything else to do?

I been grinding this game to get to the mom and still she hasn't show up? Please don't tell me this is one of them games you have to play with the other charters which I don't give a damn about just to get to the mom? If so it sucks BIG time forcing other charters on you!

You pretty much have to Grind each girl one at a time and there aren't really any "optional" girls. You start with Stella and then Charlotte and when those 2 are pretty much done that is when the Mom shows up.
