Okay well, this thread was made back in 2018, so I'm assuming the earliest version dates back around then. Maybe released sometime in 2017 and ended up here a bit later. Current version is the finished version of the arena, either June or July of last year - it's basically a prequel and tech demo for the main game to come.

I'm assuming you're new to Bio, so... We're waiting for this month's supporter news update to either hear how far along the first version release is, or to guess how far if it's not explicitly mentioned. They're making the main game in Unreal 5, and integrating the systems and (mostly the) animations from UE 4 to 5 has been the biggest hurdle for time they've said.

The main game will have episodic updates, so 1 chapter or level at a time (maybe 2 if we're lucky). Don't quote me on that, it's just a personal hope. They've also worked on a randomization system for enemy type appearances, and a sort of modular outfit customization where we can choose different combinations of outfit items, so this should mean you could equip the top, bottom and footwear each from different outfits. Or wear the holster with whatever, or no holster on any outfit - footwear as well. In the arena, outfits are entirely preset and can't be changed, so for that example, if you like the shoulder holster like me, you're SOL in the arena because it's only part of 1 outfit.

As for reducing the size of the game which is what I'm assuming you mean by shortening the megabytes... I don't think there's any other way to outside of being able to modify the source game files in Unreal and completely rebaking it as if it were a completely separate game. Which I'm not even sure is possible with the versions they release.

The arena is just one character. The game will have at the least 2 male characters (based on Chris and Leon) and 4 female (based on Jill, Claire, Ada and Rebecca), and I'm fairly sure they've heavily implied that characters will have their own designated levels, but it might be possible for them to allow us to choose a character to replay a level as... if not already planned but we ask for it.

I think the tech is cool, appreciate the work the devs put into it, but it's kind of a shame they're putting in so much effort just to make her look like a uncanny valley character :( This is not a nitpicked screenshot, she holds this expression for a while. Personally i'm just here to jack off, i think spending so long to make a ULTRA REALISTIC 8K REALTIME MUSCLE SIM HD tech demo is kind of... a waste? Especially when you do all that and it still looks off lol

jesus fkin christ when i saw her smile n laugh i burst out laughing. Her eyes are fine but her mouth and laughing lines are over the top goofy sfm yt poop type shit.

I much rather see the devs work on collision issues in sex scenes. Genitals have pretty much no hard physics and lil to no colliders.

So, there could sill be an update posted today for Halloween (which is what I figured they were doing shortly after my post last week), but I dunno. This might be the first month they've skipped one, at least in the last year or so.

They did however post this on their blogspot yesterday, I've just seen, not sure how much of an update you might wanna consider it; the post is a general update on all the stuff they're working on, not only Bio, but here is what they did post about Bio (and the link to post):

(edit) I got better weapons to deal with the plant boss, how the fuck did that make it harder?, Like seriously now I have the shotgun and SMG I take more damage from the enemies when I didn't, more have spawned instead, I seem to be doing less damage and now the boss seems to be more aggressive, did the dev code that the more weapons you get the enemies get stronger and spam more, like holy shit I thought upgrading and getting more stronger weapons would make it easier not even harder what the fuck is this game?!

I love this game but holy shit someone needs to teach the creator basic game dev, the plant boss is just awful, constant mobs, plus roof mobs, they end up spawning more, I don't even know how long I was in the plant fight before I died but Jesus cut the fucking bosses health down by a massive chunk, this is worse then any boss ever, longer then any, I can't keep count of how many bullets I put into it and I haven't even killed it yet it killed me due to spawning to many mobs that when killed instantly respawn, I try and grab something and I'm either stun locked or the character dodges when I don't want them to, Like HOLEY FUCK the creator needs some fucking lessons because this is worse then worse.

The fat zombies I'm not even sure can die because again due to god awful game design they just don't die, even been upgrading my Pistol and takes to long.

Also fuck Mission 2 and 3 those are lazy and go on to long, plus fuck Mission 3 for having the L thing on the roof when the game has never in it's entire life encouraged or shown that things can be above you.

Like I really like the game and concept but it feels like the developer looked up everything not to do in a game and just went "I can do even worse" then proceeded to break every rule of basic game design.

Please for the love of god tone down the fucking health on somethings, make better level layouts and length, the cave map was awful to just due to length, and please for the plant boss, remove the roof enemies, and don't add more, it's already a pain in the ass as it is, why would you just make an already unfair, poorly made fight worse?

Oh also do something about one of the hurt animations, she holds her stomach then walks around in pain for far to long and it just screws you over and wastes to much time. Also what is with this games controls, why is everything so weird, Enter to do stuff instead of E, E to open menu, Back space to cancel, like make Tab Inventory, make f to accept or E and make R or Q or anything close to WASD to go back, why do I need to go across the key bored for basic actions, even if you can rebind they should be a good bind by default, shouldn't be up to the players to fix it, just to adjust it to their liking, not to fix it.

Does anyone know where the lever is on the 11th floor? I've tried this stage twice but I'm still missing one. I've also reached the 11th floor, then returned to the 1st floor, and then up again. All the levers I've seen are down. 11.png

That new face SV 3 is actually pretty good. Still hoping they add an impreg someday.

Off topic but, it baffles me how there's no other 3D H game similar to this without a bunch of open world sandbox nonsense. It would be pretty easy to do something like this for Tifa, lots of good models for her that cumflate. Easy money for sure.

There's no lever on level 11, you'll have to re-comb over the others to find the one that was missed. I don't have it memorized which level it is but there's one between the wall and the big boxes you climb on. This level's a pain in the ass because it's so easy to miss one, and you can't cheese it easily even with Unreal Unlocker free cam because the rendering range is so short that you'd pretty much have to be within physical visual range.

Once you miss one and reach the top floor, you'll only have the option of going back down or restarting..
