Seems like bigger balls is the best starter stat. You can always increase soul or strength. Not seeing a way to increase cum lvl.

I wanted to cheat the other boons into my character as well but I have no clue if it's possible.

Warning: Before changing the script make a copy of the original file.
It looks like the script for privatecoercion is missing from the files. If you are stuck at this point and do not have a previous save before this you will have to change the outcome for the label. To do so go to the file location game/showmesomething.rpy hit Ctrl+F and search for privatecoercion. I changed the label to the condomlieend option to get past the game breaking error. Once past this choice revert back to the original script to avoid breaking the game any further.
Almost forgot to add that the list of different labels that are available will be at the end of the file.

I'm not 100% about this, but I think you just give her homework and when she reports back, encourage her, do that a few times, it should unlock the next homework assignment, wash, rinse, repeat.

I told Advertising guy that I didn't want the rug originally and then I changed my mind, but the option NEVER came up.

I started a new game, said yes I want the rug the first time he asked, and it came up that evening.

Not sure if I did something wildly different on the 2nd playthrough other than that answer, but that's what worked for me.

I think you need to go to the gym in the morning when there is no one there first. Try to lift above your normal weight (the last option).
After that next time you challenge Claire with squat you'll put on extra weight. Don't admit defeat and keep going. You'll win and get the breakpoint.
