It's the third date. If you look at the error messages you'll know which file is the one with the error and where you can find it. Open that file with a text editor and change "cofeedate3" to "coffeedate3".

Did not read all the previous posts... but you get the task to go buy a Tiger Rug from the Advertising VP... need to go to China Town.
Then, you get the option to actually go Search China Town after you deliver the letter for the Manufacturing VP... which are all parts of the getting the Sign-Offs when you get the promotion offer.
Once you deliver the letter that option should be there in the evening (has been in my play-throughs). :>)

There needs to be a button to summon bitch on main interface in room. having to, each time, click on computer, then click email, then click summon is too many clicks for something you do that many times

I have the same issue... however, you can get deepthroated without the training
summon her, choose deepthroat. thrust until she stops you.
every time it will go a little better. after about 10 times or so it will work and you will unlock a new button called deepthroat. make sure you click it to start the actual deepthroat, if you don't it can still fail.

I suspect the reason I can't see it is because I am waffling on the main quest... which I am doing because of the bug I posted earlier

I got an exception error when asking for a blowjob, but managed to fix it, it said there's an image missing so i checked the files. Just in case anyone faces this problem as well, "Custom Bitch Clothes Pants Default CG.png" in game\images\Custom Bitch Clothes should be renamed to "Custom Bitch Clothes Pants Default Black CG.png", then it works.
