Go to the 1st floor gallery, right before the seal there is a bookshelf, interact with it and you'll find the owner.

I've made my way through the first game, now onto the second. First scene opens and then crashes after displaying how the files it is looking for don't exist. The files its requesting do exist, its just that they are garbled/cursed english instead of Japanese characters. Any ideas on how to fix?
