well they said the game is translated to english till the mid prison scene

minus some side-stories, and the translation sometimes is cut in less crusial parts, but the main story is translated till mid prision level

Based on dev, from his patreon page, it's almost fully translated : "English translation is nearly complete" to quote him, he said that the 20th of july.
Shouldn't take much more time for it to be completely translated and updated both on his patreon and here.
