Well, since I both had too much of an incomplete geshtalt and never taught myself how to give up on things in time, I dug up this game and decided to mod it. I never imagined the process would be so cumbersome and time consuming. In the end, I achieved what I set out to do, but I lost any desire to involve myself with flash any further.

The password for the archive is: v126L

And a brief explanation of what I changed:
- Fixed central hole's stuck animation,
- Patched Walk-in bosses dissapearance,
- Fixed Miranda's alternative hair,
- Fixed full body suits not displaying genitals in Krogan animation,
- Fixed some missing or excessive clothing parts and poking through body parts,
- Cleaned up and adjusted body parts' positions for some animations,
- Redrawn and edited some sprites (nothing too fancy),
- Fixed incorrect clothes interactions upon buying certain costumes,
- Changed the satisfaction, ejac., satisfaction thresholds, reputation and money gain ratios, increased "missed" penalty,
- Changed starting rep., per stage open hole numbers, skill costs, pop. and wealth numbers, and per level point gain.

All cheats still work, so if you don't like the added challenge you can skip it just like in the v1.25. This is the final version (I'm in no way related to Corta, in case somebody gets the wrong idea), I don't plan to change anything in the game anymore. I did it for my own entertainment and just decided to share with whoever still needs this game. Have fun.

Thank you for giving that game extra longevity and extending it influence to this day.

I'm gonna give it a try and play as... Corta's self-insert character for tribute reasons. ;)

How were you able to modify the sprites?

Even if the game is old and has its' rough corners, there is still some charm, I suspect, stemming from the hard work, passion and creative freedom of the author that keeps me coming back to it once in a while (or maybe it's just nostalgia glasses?). It warms my heart, that someone else other than me is still interested in the gems of a bygone era.

How were you able to modify the sprites?
There is an app named JPEXS free flash decompiler. You can import a *.swf and explore its' contents, change sprites and shapes, edit points, transforms, replace, export and import stuff. Sadly I haven't found a way to edit shape colours, so I exported shapes I needed, used Inkskape for that and imported them back. For those, where I could get away with just point edits, I used internal JPEXS editor. For animation edits I had to export project to *.fla, import it in Flash CS6, look at the transforms and then manually edit them in JPEXS in every frame. And, of course, JPEXS also allows to edit the action script code, which directs sprite visibility and conditionals.

I think the Mass Effect...well, effect is a big argument as to why the game is still popular. As a fan of ME myself that stuff is great. I love playing with those female characters I know so much :D
This game always made me want something bigger and super raunchy. There are so many cool, hot and kinky games around that would work well with a Mass Effect skin.
