If you include the DLC and your desire to explore every nook and cranny, I'd guess it's almost three times bigger than the previous game.
But it is easy to miss or not understand the whole size of it.
Increase covenant ranking and have sex with them. She will be outside their room next time you come by after visiting bonfire. There is a chance you will be caught by the other twin, resulting in their death and insanity
Much bigger. Like 2-3x bigger.

Has anyone figured an answer on why Node actually loves grimm?
Her devotion is clearly far too deep to call it mere affection, it's complete infatuation which is impossible to escape from
It makes even less sense considering how EARLY she loves him, from the flashbacks it's essentially from the beginning of the time Grimm was taken to Wonderland, which obviously just makes it even more confusing to me
It's essentially impossible for them to even interact, in the case of TCO you can just say that' alice's emotion, but node is node, completely herself

I mean to an extent im aware of that but Node's love should've been revealed in the game since it's where she's even introduced, but i digress

If you look at node's book it'll all be blotched out and unreadable. But if you have low sen, one number stands out. This number starts at 65 and increases by 1 each time you loop.
Its more a calculated guess than anything. Thematically its another aspect why out of all characters Node/Noden is one of the few characters who secretly work against TCO.
Whatever the details of Nodes core motivation are that is tied to her love and passion.
Considering Great Ones are still treated as the children & Outer Ones in BS1-2 are given parental positions.
I havent found anything ingame that would describe Node as a Elder God specifically. Majority of the time its all under the same vauge eldritch banner. Or when characters like Mabel pull out the lore drops.
