It's unlikely that you've been banned when you haven't even registered on the site. Try clearing your cookies (assuming you're using Chrome: by pressing Ctrl + H to open your browsing history, click "Clear browsing data" on the left pane, set the time range to "All time", check the "Cookies and other site data" box and press "Clear data"). This will log you out of most websites so you'll have to log in again.
