Ребята, кто знает, когда Мириам будет с Владимиром?
Неизвестно, вы должны быть внимательны к странице BA эротического 3D-искусства для получения новых новостей, pdd: не могли бы вы перевести свои произведения на английский?

Commissioner wanted to share their commissions anonymously, so he sent them to me to share with you guys.

Do not bug me with who it is, don't want to bite the hand that feeds us by betraying their trust.

The pics were sent to me out of order, ordered them the best I could and what made the most sense to me. If someone disagrees with my ordering, tell me how you would've done it.

Cheers, hopefully this holds you guys over until the Skyla set drops.
The commissioner does not have the set of gisela and bru ?, I do not want to sound intense, much less annoying with this but I would really like to know if you have and can share this set, thank you very much

He's going to know who it was and bar them from commissions.
From Blackadder's Commissions : "All images can be used for legal commercial purposes! You can sell the images, use them for prints, books, t-shirts etc." Pretty sure this includes giving the images away for free (I.E. "selling" them for $0). If they're not allowed to give the images away for free, the anon can always claim I hacked into their computer/bought the images from him and decided to leak them with everyone, given the fact BA's stuff is always pirated, this is plausible. In fact, just to cover for them, I stole them from him hehe xd.

The commissioner wanted to post anonymously for a private reason, and given all the people I've had to deal with in my PMs and other questions, I absolutely understand his reasoning. Don't worry though, I have thick skin and will keep sharing as long as people share with me.

No, the commissioner gave me all commissions he wanted to share, and I'm almost certain all the commissions he had. He said that he will share any more commissions he does in the future. I do not see why he would be withholding from us, even if he does that's totally up to him.

Commissioners use their money to buy the images they want and it's totally up to them whether or not they want to other people to have them. It's clear that this anonymous commissioner does want to share, unlike the others. Or at least, cares enough to post the images on messaging boards. Seems to me that the other commissioners that were okay with sharing left it up to BA to share and he doesn't like giving away free images.

Hate to ramble on so much, but I am 99.99% sure this commissioner does not have the set you're looking for. I do not have them either. I have tried reverse image searching all the commissions to no luck.

Trust me he doesn't understand the language of his own policy he will take it personally and assume the commissioner is one of the primary leakers if his content. I said it in 8muse and I'll say it again he is well aware of all these forums and watches them very closely.

And trust me, there's reason to believe that this commissioner has not, and will not be blacklisted. It's for reasons I cannot share, and I know how annoying the whole "I have insider information just trust me lol" argument sounds, but unfortunately that's the situation I'm in.

But arguing outside of private information, for blackadder to blacklist commissioners, those that supplement his income and spend the most out of all paying customers, would be a mistake. When he takes prolonged breaks from his works commissioners are the ones that keep a steady flow of work coming in.

And here's where I play devil's advocate. Since everyone in this board complains about BA, I guess I'm going to get a lot of flak for this but once again, I have thick skin. I understand the general dislike towards BA, but I feel as though his policies have always remained the same:
1. Don't leak my shit
2. I do not take suggestions from those who have no history of buying from me (you're clearly a pirate)
3. I do not take commissions from those who have no history of buying from me (you're clearly a pirate)
4. Rule 1

As much as people dislike BA, his policies has always been the same and his way of protecting his income makes sense given that he's one of the biggest 3d porn artists out there, and therefore one of the most pirated.

People can complain about his pricing structure, his choice of content, and his artwork all they like. I somewhat take issue with fans that complain about him protecting his income. He does not see non-paying fans as actual customers, which is fair. If you never buy anything, you're never a customer. It's true for anything.

People have a lot of fair criticism towards BA, but I fail to see how in any situation he ever took things personally when it came to, actual paying, fans. He ignores those with no history. In his opinion, no matter if you agree with it or not, even if you have a good suggestion, you're not buying his work so why would he cater to you? Even if you're willing to buy commissions now, you're not buying his normal work, so why would he cater to you personally?

Maybe I'm missing a situation that flew over my head, but could you provide an example that goes against his policies that show he takes things personally? This isn't a challenge, I'm genuinely curious to whether or not I forgot a situation where he took something "personally" and went against his own policies because of that.

Well honestly as a former paying consumer that was blacklisted for sharing, who asked him off and on for years to do commissions which he refused stating they were too time consuming, I could call bullshit on your entire statement. Also I know very well what goes into his work as aDaz 3D artist, who if I was so inclined could rival his work with a bit of effort. His morphs are very good and honestly what sets him apart from other artists, however it's the skins and character materials which he does not create that have put him over. Above all I love his work even though not created entirely by him the way he brings everything together is magnificent but that said it does him no harm to endure our criticism.
I know hypocrisy and contradiction when I experience thank you.

I think it's awesome that you know how to make 3d pornographic art, it's something that I've looked into in the past and had a hard time even following basic guides. If you're not just bragging and actually can make art comparable to BA's, then if you ever want to quit your day job and try it out the community would always welcome you.

It's really interesting though, I do PR for a living and try to be as understanding to both sides of arguments as possible. I never said I agreed with blackadder, just understood where he was coming from. Similarly, I understand where your argument is coming from. However, that doesn't change the fact, just like Blackadder, I do not agree with it.

Maybe I should've been more clear, when Blackadder ASKED for suggestions, he took the suggestions from only paying customers. When Blackadder ASKED for commissions, he took commissions from only high paying customers.

Given your story of your interaction with Blackadder, I'm assuming you requested him do commissions back when he wasn't doing them, and was still making a lot of money because his work being pirated wasn't very common yet. That probably means you were a paying fan way back in the day, which is awesome. I only became his fan after he started doing commissions.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt and assuming you started sharing his works after he refused to do commissions. If you started sharing sets before asking for commissions that puts you on the moral low end, so for arguments sake let's give you the moral high ground.

Yes, since you were a paying fan back in the day and requested he do commissions, only for him to deny and doing commissions later might be seen as hypocrisy and him personally attacking you, but how I view it is like this. You wanted a product. He refused on the fact it wasn't profitable for him in comparison to making sets. His work started getting pirated (you helped with this) and he started doing commissions because that was the only way for him to make a profit. An artist is allowed to choose what work they do. They owe a debt to their fans, but cannot make business poor decisions just to reward their fans.

In my post I specifically asked for times he broke his policy and took things "personally," as you stated would happen to the anon. Had blackadder blacklisted you after you requested commissions and only for that reason, then yeah, that's taking things personally and going against his own policy. But he blacklisted you after you started sharing. Which has always been policy.

I do not want this to come off as holier-than-thou, but for you to say "I could call bullshit on your entire statement." shows that having this discussion with you is not getting anywhere. Because unlike you, I can actually see some merits to how you were betrayed by BA. You either fail to see, or do not wish to see the merits of my argument.

Will not be replying to you (about this specific discussion) any more. Don't think anything productive will come out of it.

I don't think you understand. In the beginning he had his blog before his website and all of that stuff is free there and still is. He never complained when he first started selling his stuff on Renderotica and all of his stuff was already out there. The monster sex stuff i came across first before I ever knew who he was or even how it was created. He didn't start complaining until later and by that time shit the original "Hazards of adventure" was free and a lot of his content just out floating. When he decided it was no longer a hobby and wanted to make it his primary business that's when he started complaining. Not only did he decide to complain but he stopped trying rehashing poses and generally being lazy. Let me make it clear I made a mistake by saying he took things personally as non of us have met and truly could careless. I'm simply saying this dudes lazy ,greedy, and inconsistent. I'll put in terms everyone can understand. You meet a chick she gives you booty for free she starts asking for little things here and there. Then one day she says "hey put on ring on it" you say " no bitch this is casual". He's been using piracy as an excuse. Look at how he tried inching away from Renderotica so he can cut out the middle man with "steamy 3d". If Renderotica was part of the leak than why are you still there?!

I am just curious because I don't know if Patreon has any rules for specific type of content, but can't Blackadder create a patreon page?
Even if his content is leaked,he will still get money because the pledges will be done by patrons for every month. He can up some kind of tiers for certain amount of money u know....

He has been approached with that idea about a thousand times and for some reason he chose not to do it but went for the Steamy3D accounts instead. Unfortunately, he discontinued the membership options relatively quickly right after.

If that's the idea on BA's mind before, he could have joined Patreon many years ago instead his creating his own website. Which is more expensive cost for buyers per set!!?

(Patreon user manual / Work images, Scraps 1 tier monthly 1 usd + Actual Content monthly tier 5 = 10 usd with all the contents)

He's old school: he wants to get paid for a finished product rather than a monthly welfare system that mostly runs on promises. He should really expand and improve his store though. For example: only getting 3 download attempts instead of having an account with the imageset for all eternity is pretty stupid. It's not hard to detect whether a set is downloaded 100 times a day or downloaded by people from all over the world from the same account. He also seems to have removed all older posts from his website. I can't find anything from before 2016-2017.

I read earlier that he doesn't take advice from pirates. I know for a fact that this is wrong. A couple of years ago I made the suggestion that he should put some effort into undressing the females instead of magically vanishing clothes. The next set he added that and he's been doing it ever since.

Patreon has always been iffy with Adult content. From one estimation I read, 30-40% of Creators on Patreon are of adult content nature (though I'd argue there's a bigger percentage). However, Patreon doesn't like advertising for their pornographic artists and they do not have search tags of "NSFW" or "Adult content." Some artists I follow on Patreon have been threatened in the past and almost quit, but in the end Patreon backed down from their demands or the artist found a way. So yes, if Blackadder wanted to switch to Patreon, he could, so it's purely a business decision.

To decide a Business decision, we have to look at how much he currently earns vs. how much he could earn on Patreon .

So how much does Blackadder earn? Blackadder never releases any sales figures for his sets, so no one knows tbh. Blackadder has released 13 sets this in 2019, and sold them all for $15 each. Let's argue for simplicity's sake that he releases a set a month, because 13 is pretty close to 12. How much does each set need to make for him to live comfortably?

According to everyone, Blackadder is a greed machine that wants all the money in the world, but I think he's just a good artist with poor business sense. Although we actually don't know where Blackadder is from (with his grammatical mistakes in the times he tried adding text to comics, it'd be weird for him to be from a native English speaking country), anywhere in the world 10k/month is a nice salary. To earn 10k a month he would need each set to sell 667 times. Do you think he gets this many sales a set? I don't think so, but that's me. If you do think he earns this amount, does he want more because he's greedy? Or because he thinks he deserves more?

How much could Blackadder earn on Patreon? According to the highest earning Content Creator that does Adult Comics (the closest category that fits BA's work) has 11.3k Patreons, and since she only offers a $1 level, let's assume that that's how much she earns a month.

If Blackadder's fans all paid a dollar a month for a Patreon subscription, how much would he earn? Well, how many fans does he have? One of the pirating sites I frequent posts the downloads for their pirated works, and one recent download on Blackadder's page peaked at 30k downloads. I don't know if they count the downloads from just the site alone, or from the download link which was shared to other sites, but let's pretend he has 30k fans that view his work consistently (it's a lot more). If they all paid a dollar a month, he'd earn 30k a month, which is a huge salary only the greediest bastards in the world would complain about.

But right now, we're looking at this through the lens of an ideal world.

Like I stated previously, Blackadder is a good artist with poor business sense. He would never offer a Patreon subscription for a dollar, even if it would earn him more money. If you're trying to make a living off digital art, it's all about supply and demand. The more fans a digital artist has, the cheaper their art can sell for, because so many people would buy it. The less fans a digital artist has, the more expensive it needs to be so that they can have a living income.

Most Patreon content creators have a base level of $1. Let's assume Blackadder switches to Patreon. His pricing model has always been a talking point of disdain from the fans, so do you really think he'd change his pricing to suit Patreon's standards?

Blackadder's also already opened up his own shop so he could cut out the middleman. Patreon's cut is 5-12%, depending on what the content creator wants from Patreon's services. Do you think he'd be okay with this cut?

Pretend hell froze over and Blackadder offered his works for a $1 a month. The other issue is, how many pirating fans would come out of the woodwork? Of the 30k fans I was talking about, how many would still pirate? After all this time, it might be ingrained in everyone's mind that they pirate his work and people will still hate him, so they continue to pirate. If he offered a dollar subscription, he'd probably also have higher tiers which will inevitably be pirated too. With putting your work on Patreon, it will inevitably get more popular and more people find out about it which means more pirates as well.

This is a lot to think about, I don't really know if Blackadder's given it any thought, but it's clear he doesn't want to go to Patreon. I think it would earn him more money, at least in the long run. Short term he might make less money while he transitions until everyone found out about his Patreon.

There's an easy way to filter suggestions from those with purchase history from you. I don't know if he actually created a program/Renderotica did it for him, or he was just lying.

Whether or not he reads/accepts advice from pirates, I highly doubt you (specifically) got him to start doing this. It was a suggestion from a lot of fans (me included) and a common feature in a lot off rape/monster fantasy, because no woman would willingly take their clothes off to have sex with a monster. Plus, it's a semi-fetish for a lot of guys to rip the clothes off a girl, especially if it's followed by rough or forceful sex.

Pretty grandiose for you to think you added this to Blackadder's repertoire, if you weren't trying to take full credit for this it sure as hell reads as such.

His original suggestion option was on his website and there was no real way for him to determine who was a paying consumer or not. I'm sure more than one person suggested the clothing stuff. I suggest story series and he did "Rise of the Guardians" and "Below the city". Was it because of me? NO!!! Why? Because I'm sure more people than just me suggested it. Seriously you people need to take a month off of porn cause it's messing your brains up. Why is patreon welfare WTF!?! Idiot.

I think it would earn him more money, at least in the run, until everyone found out about his Patreon.
I can kinda get a clearer picture on the situation after I read your comment.I could not agree with you more. After all,its his personal choice whether he wants to have a Patreon page or not.I just thought to share my opinion because a lot of controversy was created in his last comic release with people being accused of releasing the comic way too early, piracy and him being called very greedy and all.I thought maybe it would be convenient for Blackadder to use patreon and not deal with this kind of criticism but your view on pirates also cannot be denied. On the other hand if he really does believe to get money on a finished project,he could temporarily close the pledge for the time when he is not releasing any comic.

Pretty grandiose for you to think you added this to Blackadder's repertoire, if you weren't trying to take full credit for this it sure as hell reads as such.
Just stating facts and drawing a conclusion. I had never seen that suggestion before and I posted it on a forum, which he read daily to report download links.

He is from Europe by the way. I know the country too, but judging by all the upset stalkers around here I think it's better not to post it.
