his art style with 3d is somewhat unique and there are some who would argue he produces and uses 3d models in a way no-one else does. However, if you compare him with, say, Jared999d who likewise produces monthly high quality monster sex sets with pretty women, their paths are markedly different. Jared may only use 3 female models that he regularly tweaks and updates but he went from textless sets to ongoing stories with dialogue as well as changing the content of his sex scenes. Moreover, he joined subscription services so he's now making thousands of dollars every month while offering his audience a chance to give their input in polls and such.

I kind of remember seeing somewhere that most of the girls were around 180 cm which is around 6 feet tall. Gosh is at least half the height of them. Probably somewhere between 2-3 feet tall I guess.
