From my understanding, the premium patch provided by Kayaniv only bypasses the option, but our game files don't include the images for the premium content of the last update. We'll have to wait for the premium files to be uploaded, or for the next update.

small correction: you need to replace the files ingame/paths folder

Nope, they only work for the dialog that we have right now. A couple of pages back someone explained how to edit the files in the game/paths folder so you can do it manually whenever a new update comes out, but it won't matter as the free version doesn't have the images for the premium content. The free version does have the premium content from the previous versions so atleast you can see the older content.
