I think it's too complicated for him, he seems to only see things in black and white. What makes him think she was religious, I see it as her just following the will of her parents. With this approach to porn games I don't even know what else to say about it, I want to see hot scenes and not look for logic in every action, especially in women. Both don't have to be deeply held convictions with that type of girl and at that age, but conventional prejudices, societal restricitions which easily fall. She seems to be a type who is easily influenced by dominant forces and wants to conform - at first her parents, now the new boss. She wants to be the good girl, wants to be on the right and righteous side but hasn't really strong intrinsic principles. Her boyfriend just doesn't get that, doesn't look through her bitchy side. So just saying - you could try and make a reasonable psychological case here if you had to and wanted to, I'm sure.
But apart from that - I supppose the critiques who argue like you haven't read the story on literotica. This is clearly a porn genre which isn't supposed to prioritize real life plausibility. I myself demand more of that plausibility in other games where people simply accept nonsense just because it is mainstream and easygoing. Somhow the question of plausibility is mostly asked in a certain direction... Anyway: I would rather take this whole story as taking a well established porn trope and bringing it to its ultimate fullfillment and conclusion. It lives of the hotness of the scenes themselves, it is not meant to be a detailed character-study. Take it like wrestling: there is a script and actors bring it to life and the viewer is getting into it once he has accepted the preconditions and the frame.
