That's good to know. Repeatable scenes with monsters or at least scenes where they don't lead to a game over are always good.

How often are you planning on making updates btw? And also, is the demo a good indication of what the rest of the game will be? Or are there other mechanics planned as well?

I am basically making my dream game so I want to make it the best I can while not putting to much pressure on myself. The updates will take the time it needs but I hope to deliver updates as often as possible.

Well I was wondering if it's going to be an arcadey game where you just move from place to place shooting your way out or if it's going to be more survival like running out of bullets and needing to provision supplies and bullets so you don't run out too fast. And also interacting with the environment? Like coming across locked doors so you need to find keys for example, or sleeping in beds/camps and even sleeping in unsafe places which might or might not get the MC fucked.

Definitely needs a full screen option. Otherwise, there's potential here! I appreciate the aesthetic.

Since this is merely a proof of concept for now, what do you hope to achieve down the road? Will there always be unlimited ammo or will you do away with that and make it more like a survival? What other monsters are you looking to implement?

Will enemies still spawn randomly or will you be able to clear areas? Perhaps introduce stealth gameplay, take down enemies on the map without using guns, (the alternative being melee instruments, etc), so as to not cause additional spawns?

Survival games are cool, but clearing an area of enemies in a porn game in which the H scenes that interest us come from the enemies seems like a bad idea to me. It bothers me when in a game I can't unlock a porn scene by killing an enemy or enemies while playing well and without being touched.

I would suggest changing the "lose4sex" mechanic, is far more interesting to defeat monsters or win to get fucked, that's just me and a lot others being competitive of course

great allround, but not getting anything in return for killing more monsters is not great. maybe a way to balance it is to kill a certain amount of monsters to unlock a new area and different areas have different scenes and/or monsters. i understand its an early build and this is probably an issue thats already been raised and considered, but just some ideas. The gameplay is decent atm and the art is really good so keep it up :^)

Can someone give me a hand here? The game launches off-center far enough that I can't adjust it; similarly the cursor position is offset. Luckily, the command prompt is visible, so I can see it has an accurate read of my screen resolution and size, and it says there's no offset.

Most things have already been mentioned I believe, love the animation.
Nice concept, a little odd to start out with barely any ammo in your first mag when you spawn.

Might want to statically link raylib and glfw on linux, I believe that it then packs it into the binary, or ship it as seperate .so libraries together with the binary.
The only other issue I found concerns the pathing for the monsters, you're able to confuse them when you're close to objects, it's probably easiest to do a ring around the rosie and watch them force themselves to follow their predefined path even if they have a direct line of sight.

I'm not sure how a game with 1 CG and 5mb memory somehow does better than games up to 1gb with absolutely nothing to them. Yet somehow this game reminds me of old fashioned flash games and I'm all here for it.

Personally, in my opinion? Don't get rid of the sex on defeat mechanic.

People talk about it purely from a gameplay perspective, but this is a porn game too. Those who like the kink of being dominated/violated won't get much if you have to win to get the scenes, and those scenes you unlock almost always have an entirely different vibe from defeat scenes. What these people are essentially saying is "change the genre of the sex scenes and change the kinks they use to what I prefer."

Don't change what isn't broken, unless you've decided this kink/vibe isn't what you're looking for.

lmao , why am I not surprised the site that has people be upset at ntr games having ntr also having people complain about defeat sex in the defeat sex game ? It's not a bad mechanic , you just don't like it now stop trying to project your personal taste on something that wasn't for you anyway .

That being said it's a solid foundation , it's clearly just the bare mechanics rn but it feels good to control and the art style is interesting . The girl's helmet hat thing could use a slight redesign though . I do not know what that is on her head lol.

Everyone talking about how the "lose for sex" mechanic has it's positives, but aren't really talking it's negatives.

Linking a game over or losing to how you enjoy a game is kinda backwards. when progressing is somewhat against the goal you want to reach, you'll have conflicting feelings on both wining the game and losing the game. Not to mention how it brings down or can just stop any fun you're having while playing the game as just the game itself.

That's why people have been bitching about this type of game since Toon Pimp made his games way back when, and coined the term "run&rape" even he realized it's problems and made his own solution to it. Adding cheat codes to make you invincible.

I do have the whole game pretty much planned out already with more monsters (and scenes). Also, not every animations will be on defeat but I like the idea where the player can keep on playing.

It seems like BlackCap already has an idea about how to handle this type of thing anyway. So I'll wait and see how updates turn out before giving a review or any criticisms on this game. Personally I think it looks neat so far.
