I don't see any red flags for this game. Many other games that are small are also contained in a single executable, this one is literally just a bunch of pixels.
I'm not gonna act like a cybersecurity expert, but if you can't trust this game after running it through multiple AVs that are either negative or from a shady AV itself, that's you.
As per the game, it has quite a bit of potential. I'd opt for a "down" mechanic instead of an instaloss screen; every HP bar to a "life", which gives the opportunity for a scene to play. also, the full map screen replaced with a follow cam instead so that your eyes don't have to use the entire area of the monitor, perfect for tunnel vision.
Game has a lot of potential, as it is still very raw (like a cut of beef), allowing you to go anywhere from this. So I'm gonna rapid-fire some suggestions (including the ones above):
- increased sprite sizes for more detail
- a down mechanic allowing you to play multiple "downed" scenes
- a possible alternate attack allowing you to down enemies and extract their cum for healing, also prompting one or multiple scenes
- a levels system where you fight off different levels with an ending scene/graphic for each.
- an infinite wave system where you go through multiple ones, each becoming harder. (this one's more of a time-killer thing)
- abilities/power-ups such as increased vision, mag size, damage, etc
This one's promising, hopefully it takes off, Godspeed dev

Most (if not all) defeat sex games have a gallery, when you clear the game, with EVERY hscene in the game. That is the true reward for completing the game. Losing in a game like this is less frustrating, cuz you get to see a hscene, and winning lets you see everything. So basically you get rewarded anyway.
If hscenes are only rewarded by winning, losing is just frustrating, and frustration is the Hgame killer.

Well, talking about sex on defeat, when I played "Agnietta Healer and the Cursed Dungeon" I decided to play natural way, waiting when I lose to see content, and then suddenly saw warning that I reached ending of current build.
The problem is, I'm old fuck who played in games in 90s, when you had 3 lives and after losing them you had to start from beginning of a game, so situation with games with this mechanic looks like this meme:
When game is easy and you has to lose on purpose is boring, and when game is unfairly hard to make you lose is annoying.
Dev tells He makes his dream game, so making suggestions probably impolite, cause He already has his own vision of a game, so I warn that I'm not asking to change it but talk about genre as a whole.
Being fucked should not end the game, player should continue from place where he was attacked, but attacks must have meaning for gameplay.
For example, every monster should give MC debuff after fucking her, hardcore anal makes it harder to move backward, vaginal makes it harder to strafe, massive creampie leaks down giving risk to slip and fall, enemies who arouse her making her hands shake while aiming, etc...
Also these debuffs can be expanded with affecting MC's body, pregnancy slowing down and spawns stronger or special version of monster after birth, monsters who suck on her breasts making them lactate and bigger what hinders fire rate.
Corruption can be added allowing new endings, like , will monsters let her leave when she finds the exit if she becomes their broodmother, or will she leave if her insane lust calls her back into darkness to be filled with sperm and meat?
Events where MC meets other women in distress, with choices to save them, leave them or even let monsters to fuck them to gain something.
Don't know if Dev plans something similar out of it, wish Him luck with game development.

Because just winning the game isn’t the point ? Lol . People don’t lose their shit when their monster rape hentai animation doesn’t have anything that’s not monster rape but when it’s a video game people lose their damn mind . Losing to get raped is the entire point , it’s the fetish . Just because it’s not yours doesn’t mean it should change itself to cater to you . It’s why people bother coming here and playing the game instead of just watching the gallery upload on Xvideos . Playing the game and losing gives a sense of immersion . If that’s not your thing it’s just not your thing and you should accept that .

I have read all of your comments and I took some really good suggestions into consideration (trust me).
The game will contain a story mode with 5 chapters and an endless mode where you just have to survive (like CoD Zombie).
I will keep the sex on defeat mechanic because I think it fits the game. Some animations will be unlocked throughout the story and the others will be unlocked mostly on defeat but you will be able to unlock them without being defeated too.

There is nothing you can do for the moment. I am working on the settings of the game to change the resolution and enable fullscreen mode.

sex on defeat is fine as long as its not a boiler plate dlsite game, which this isn't. follow your dreams dev
its a nice demo, one thing i would potentially change is that, you already have things at a certain pixel level with the sprites and map, but not with the shadow/fog. it has crisp edges and a clean gradient. it could make things feel more aesthetically consistent if you lowered the res in those things maybe but this is more like a taste thing.

Assuming you used VT and the AV that detected it is Bkav Pro, yes. That's a 1/74 [false] positive result. I'd only really be suspicious if there are 3 or more, and even then I'd still doubt it. I only really care if a reputable AV (like Kaspersky, Windows Defender, Bidefender, etc) flags it.
I really like the art. I'm looking forward to what this game becomes, and what kind of freaky monsters you can come up with. I do hope there will be some anal scenes somewhere down the line. Regardless, godspeed, and may your dev process be pleasant and smooth.
Honestly if you ask me, choose the audience you want for your game, there's always going to be people interested in a niche.
Very nice style tbh, the old school games concept with some modern art and the best part, no exagerated forms in the woman case, and even better, no censored parts. Looking forward for more updates, more poses, enemies, maybe 3p, 4p and more, maybe demons, zombies, furry or what they are called and so on, maybe a left or right screen that show your clothes per dmg lvl you have on, and to show more and more skin the more hp you lose, like 5 bars have full clothes set , 4 you lose the jeans, 3 you lose the t-shirt, 2 you lose the bra, 1 hp left you lose the panties and at 0, well, game over, with maybe an extra animation on how she gets into that pose? As for the image for hp/ clothes status, you can easily use the one that poses into the game intro. Again, i love the way the body looks, perfect sizes in all aspects. Idk if you could maybe make a way to fight even boss monsters? like, with extra stuff, like fight animations with a few sec time to react, to counter the enemy grab? As for voiced stuff...idk, except for the skin contact, i dont think others would be required, as you would need more persons for the voices and so on, or maybe you will use some programs to create those artificialy? Hopefully your project will attract more old school lovers.
It is better that way, more mystery, a pretty nice touch. Only if you dont wanna make some oral images, but that way you would just need to make her mouth and a bit of nose, nothing else as keeping the hat would be better
